In 1986 Jeremy Bamber was wrongly convicted of murdering five members of his family. Branded as an 'evil' mass murder and incarcerated for 26 years (including remand time) Jeremy has fought for his freedom leaving no stone unturned in the search for his freedom. This is the greatest miscarriage of justice of our time - it is the longest sustained conviction using fabricated evidence.

The
CCRC is to continue their decision making process on whether Jeremy's
case is to be referred back to the court of appeal, the current
submission deadline is the 31st January 2012 they are trying to obtain
documents on behalf of the Defence for forensic analysis and waiting for
final forensic reports. We are also fearful that Jeremy will once again
be denied original logs for ESDA testing this action contravenes the
Human Rights act, watch this space closely.
Latest Whole Life Tariff News 17.01.2012
The European Court of Human Rights ruled that Jeremy's whole life tariff should remain. The only whole life prisoner in the UK maintaining innocence.
